•    Photographs and videos (where applicable) 

No information relating to bank accounts is collected or stored.

How we use your personal data

We only use your personal data as permitted under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (the GDPR) and the Privacy of Electronic Communication Regulation 2003.

We use your personal data you provide as a hall user or hall committee member in order to manage hall bookings, and to share with you information about the operation of Broughton Village Hall.


The lawful basis for the processing

The lawful basis is UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f): “processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child”.  


Who data is shared with
 
Information will not be shared with any third party out with Broughton Village Hall without your consent unless Broughton Village Hall is obliged or permitted to do so by law.  


How your data is stored

All your data will be held securely in a non-public location, accessible only by designated committee members of Broughton Village Hall. All computers with access to personal data will be password protected. All electronic data will be held on a secure server and/or on a separate storage device in a locked facility.


How long the personal data is held for
